The Vive 4-wheeled electric scooter can be purchased and shipped nationally for $845 new by cash/check upon delivery* (*Local delivery only) or prepaid nationally by Zelle, credit through PayPal, or debit through CashApp. Your new unit ships in one box the same day when ordered and paid for by 3pm EST and arrives to your residence between 3-5 days.
Local rentals are $125 weekly*, Monthly for $350.00* (*$500 refundable deposit applies to ALL RENTALS and refunded upon damage-free, fully operative rental return of our equipment. The Vive 4-wheeled scooter rental with "Finger-Pull" technology breaks apart into 3 pieces and is really easy to take with you wherever you go in full size trunk, van or wagon. This electric operated scooter turns at a 32.3" radius. Speed ranges from .5 mph to 4 mph and a cruising range of up to 15 miles. This offer currently available qualifies for this rental rate until further notice.

We do not file with your insurance company for ANY purchase or RENTAL unless the claim is a Workers Compensation Claim!
We will help prepare your paperwork and forward to your physician for ICD-10 coding, prognosis, and signed approval. Then we will send the completed paperwork along w/receipt to you via email attachment for filing with your insurance carrier for reimbursement.
