2. Can/will they come to your home, office, school within hours, not days or weeks, and PROFESSIONALLY educate you from A-Z, then demonstrate to you the derived benefits, safe practices and "walk-through" the various things that you can/will encounter throughout your recovery? Things such as furniture, area rugs, transitions in flooring, steps, etc.?

3. Can/will they get your height/weight, age, activity level, work vs rest mode, and lead you toward the "right" knee walker and have it adjusted to your specified stature and explain shoe/heel/torso height differences?

4. As a client/patient, can/will they file your paperwork with your doctor's office expeditiously and email you the vital instructions, expectations, and reminders to ensure you are in step in every way of your recovery with supplier, physician, although most "legwork" is completed behind the scenes? Hmmm...
